1:1 (One on One) Once a Month Coaching Session Subscription
This coaching program is for those who would like health coaching on a 1:1 basis to help them begin working towards their goals.
During this one-on-one coaching session, we'll meet via Zoom or by phone (your preference) and you'll receive support and strategies that will help you successfully begin your weight loss journey.
We will work on helping you:
- Overcome the issues that block success
- Visualize a new you
- Eat Right
- Reflect & Renew Your mind
I will work to help you make the mindset shifts needed to heal and ultimately, lose weight. I will support and equip you to deal with emotional/stress eating by tapping into what truly brings you joy so that you can get to the root of what you are really craving in life (beyond the food).
At the end of our time together, you'll feel confident and empowered to continue the healthy eating habits we’ll establish that will lead to continued healing and weight loss. You'll know exactly what to do to reach your health goals.

- Paperback copy of the Eating Habits Tracker and Reflection Journal
- Option to record meetings for future reference and reflection.
