Not at all. This experience is welcoming, gentle, and accessible. Whether you are deeply rooted in your faith or simply open to healing and restoration, you are welcome here.
What if I can’t attend live?
A replay will be provided so you can experience RESToration at your own pace. However, live attendance is encouraged because of the collective healing atmosphere.
Is this a weight loss program?
The R.E.S.E.T.™ focuses on whole-person healing. While many women experience physical changes as a byproduct, the primary focus is restoring emotional, spiritual, and physical balance.
Will this replace therapy or medical care?
No. This experience is designed to support wellness, not replace professional medical care. Always consult your therapist or healthcare provider for medical treatment decisions.
What should I prepare before the session?
Put this on your calendar and guard the time so that you'll be free of distractions. You'll want to avoid traveling or multi-tasking during this time. All you truly need is a quiet space, an open heart, and a willingness to learn and receive.
Is this confidential?
Yes. This is a safe, respectful environment. You are free to participate silently if you prefer.
